Contract Packing

A contract packing service of bulk powders is available on site using our bagging equipment. This operation is undertaken in a designated unit on site.

• Re-bagging (from 15kg to 1 tonne tote bags)
• Break Bulk to 1 tonne tote bulk bag transfer.
• Break Bulk to 25kg transfer.
• Re-packaging.
• Labelling.
• Product re-work, i.e. removing unwanted lumps from product.
•  Sieve process, sieving bulk material.
• Powder blending, mixing bulk powder products.
• Fine grinding of bulk product, breaking down to smaller particles.
• Quality control sampling.
