Our Quality team which consists of Green and Yellow belt holders, use their knowledge of lean working methods continually analyse the business processes and interactions.

Using the methodology of DMAIC and 6-sigma tool kits the quality team continually improves processes of the company which leads to cost savings passed on both to the customer and Davies Logistics.

Davies Logistics backbone of the quality principles implemented throguhout the company is 5S, whereby everything is organised and efficient.
